By creating an account or using Grantopic, you agree to these Terms of use and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who we are

Grantopic is an independent software product that helps founders discover and understand EU funding opportunities. Contact: hello@grantopic.eu.

The service

Grantopic provides information, plain-language summaries, and matching estimates for EU funding calls. It is:

• not the official EU Funding & Tenders Portal;
• not legal, tax, or grant-writing advice;
• not a guarantee of eligibility, invitation, or award.

Always verify deadlines, eligibility, budgets, and submission rules on the official programme pages before you apply.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the company profile you submit.

You may delete your account from Company account. Deletion removes your Grantopic product data as described in the Privacy policy. Public programme guides remain available without an account.

Trials and subscriptions

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full product access (no card required to start). After the trial, continued use of gated product features requires an active paid subscription currently priced at €19 / month, billed through Stripe.

You can cancel a paid subscription from Billing(or update your payment method via Stripe). Access continues until the end of the paid period under Stripe's rules. Prices may change for future billing periods; we will show the current price on the pricing page before you subscribe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the service, scrape it aggressively, or attempt to disrupt it;
• share your login in a way that circumvents per-account pricing;
• use Grantopic outputs as a substitute for official call documents when submitting applications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.

Intellectual property

Grantopic branding, product UI, and original guide content belong to us or our licensors. Official EU programme materials remain the property of their respective public bodies. You retain ownership of the company information you upload.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided "as is". Funding data depends on third-party portals and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on Grantopic, for missed deadlines, or for failed applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live in the EU/EEA.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
